Texas Chiro. Auxiliary Holds Art Exhibition
The Auxiliary of the Texas Chiropractic Association is sponsoring an art exhibition called "Range of Motion: 100 Years of Chiropractic" to be held at the Texas State Capitol lower rotunda May 8-12. Kay Martin, president of the auxiliary and an artist herself, is the exhibition's organizer along with local artists Joan Lawson and Linda Montignani. The work of artists from all of central Texas will be featured, and will be judged by Jessie Otto-Hite, director of the Huntington Art Gallery at the University of Texas, Austin. The show will be free and open to the public.
Pain Management Conference Scheduled for September
The Sixth Annual Conference of the American Academy of Pain Management (AAPM) will be held September 14-17, 1995 in Dallas, Texas. The AAPM expects at least 1,500 multidisciplinary professionals to attend, and will have a faculty of over 60 people covering the topics of diagnostic, intervention, and practice related principles of pain management.
